This Policy belongs to Sanrove Health Cosmetics Food Industry and Trade Ltd. www.noureve.com It has been prepared to inform Site visitors and customers who have placed orders (“Buyers”) regarding the cancellation and return of products ordered through the (“Site”).

Regarding the cancellation and return of products ordered by the Buyer, the relevant provisions in the Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") signed between Sanrove and the Buyer remain valid.

Every product you purchase is under our company's warranty.

You can return your Noureve Skincare order within 14 days, unopened, with customer service approval. Once your order arrives at our returns warehouse, we will inspect it and confirm it's unopened. Your refund will then be processed through your bank.

Before accepting any packages you suspect have been damaged during shipment, open and inspect them in the presence of a shipping representative. If the product is damaged, a report must be filed with the shipping company and the product must be refused. Please remember that failing to file a report acknowledges that the shipping company has fulfilled its duty upon receipt of the product.

If the product is found to be damaged, broken, damaged, torn, used, etc. and is not returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted for return and the price will not be refunded.

If you return the product, your refund will be finalized within seven (7) business days from the moment the product reaches the company.

Credit card refunds will be processed within five (5) business days after the refund is approved. Your bank may not reflect credit card refunds in your account within the same statement period. In this case, you should contact your bank's credit card service.

For product complaints that may arise after you receive the product, you can contact us at info@noureve.com. If the problem is determined to be not user-related, compensation will be provided.
